1. "File browser" type of menu added.  The user can browse files from the defined folder in a menu.  It is possible to define include/exclude filters.
2. "Show additional menu toolbars when mouse cursor is moved out of the menu" feature.  When this feature is turned on, the additional menus are not showing together with the context menu but appears only if user moves the mouse cursor out of the context menu.
3. Original menu alignment is now optional.
4. Number of submenus was increased.
5. Preview was added to the appearance settings window.
6. Multiple selection added to the items editing window.

1. "Exclude applications" list added to the options dialog box.  The Perfect Menu ignores applications added to the exclude list and doesn't modify their context menus.
2. "Check for new version" option added to the options dialog box.
3. The applications' context menus are not resized by Perfect Menu - this caused problems with scrollable menus.  Rather a "background" of a proper size is added under the applications' menu.
4. Dual monitor problem fixed.
